Pro Workout with Lauren

For kid and teen actors who are series regular ready!

In this class, Lauren empowers young actors with all of the necessary skills for life on set. She focuses on each actor’s particular strengths and refines their ability to create memorable, booking performances. Everyone gets individual attention and works multiple times each class.

Emerging kids and teens need more than practice to compete for top level work; they need support, intelligent guidance, personalized direction and encouragement. When you work with Lauren, you’re adding a member to your team who understands the demands of the industry inside and out.

Learn how to advance your career forward step by step. As an on-set Studio Teacher, Lauren knows what Disney, Nickelodeon, Netflix and all the other networks want from you. And when it comes to auditioning, she’ll tell you what casting directors won’t!  Plus you’ll get footage back in every class.

In Addition, You’ll Learn:

➥ How to Audition & Self-tape Like a Star

➥ What Goes Into a Series Regular Performance

➥ How to Develop Vibrant Characters that are Unique to You

➥ How to Work on Set Like a Pro

➥ How to Move Your Career Forward

Classes are conducted joyfully and efficiently through Zoom.

When she is not coaching actors, Lauren works on set as a Studio Teacher. A Studio Teacher/Welfare Worker is a specialized teacher who educates and protects the welfare of minors while they are working in the Entertainment Industry. Some of her recent credits include; Annie Live!, Goodnight Mommy, Head of the Class, OK Boomer, This is Us, Never Have I Ever, Dear White People, Diary of a Future President, The Big Show Show, American Housewife, Sydney to the Max, Grown-ish and World of Dance.
